Your measurements remain in your browser

1. Record your measurements

Measure bare skin, ideally in the morning if your legs swell. Keep the tape snug, not tight.

Narrowest point above the ankle bone
Widest part of the calf
Floor/heel to knee bend, or to buttock fold for thigh-high
Needed for most thigh-high charts
May be needed for closed-toe styles

2. Check the fit

Simple fit rules

  • Smooth wrinkles and never roll the top into a tight band.
  • For knee-high styles, the top usually sits about two finger-widths below the knee bend.
  • New pain, numbness, coldness, or color change is not a normal “tight fit.” Remove the stocking and seek prompt professional advice.
This tool does not prescribe compression. SOLVEIN is investigational and is not FDA-cleared.
